• Hiring boards and staff management tools
• Direct communication channels with healthcare professionals

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information as necessary
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use Policy

• Only send messages to individuals who have consented to receive them
• Include clear opt-out instructions in all messages
• Respect opt-out requests immediately and permanently
• Use SMS services only for legitimate business purposes

You are solely responsible for compliance with SMS marketing regulations and any violations or penalties that may result from your use of our SMS services.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Our platform operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
